After an injury plagued year for Califit head coach Lucas, he had to settle for 2nd place at this years nationals. Muscle up and chin up numbers were down from last year, due to a lat injury picked up in January. But, he took PBs in both dips and squats to record a total PB.
Michael, took 4th place with a solid performance! Taking a couple of PBs along the way! We are predicting big things for Mike in the coming years! Watch this space!!
